How the sections connect
The site is not a flat menu of pages — it is a workflow. A sponsor reads the Library to understand the asset class, uses the Lexicon to translate terms, checks the Jurisdictions map for regulatory posture, adopts a Smart Contract template, watches Active Deals for peer benchmarks, and drives the whole flow through the open-source Legal Ops System.
Library + Lexicon — you learn the shape of the asset class and the working vocabulary counsel uses.
Jurisdictions + Smart Contracts — regulator posture and the code templates that map to it.
Active Deals — the current issuance registry: Ondo, Centrifuge, Maple, Aave Horizon, BUIDL, BENJI.
Legal Ops System — the open-source MCP server that drives DD, template assembly, and Blue Sky filings.
Explore
Every section is public, cited to primary sources, and built on free federal APIs. Not legal advice. Every artifact requires attorney sign-off via the Review Manifest.
Library
RWA fundamentals, the GENIUS Act, real-estate securities, private credit, tokenization patterns, contract law primer, and every operating discipline.
Lexicon
A working dictionary of securities, tokenization, custody, structuring, and compliance terminology — with primary-source citations for every entry.
Jurisdictions
Regulator, key statutes, and current posture for the US federal + state layer plus the UK FCA, EU MiCA, Singapore MAS, DIFC, ADGM, HK SFC, and Swiss FINMA.
Smart Contracts
Open-license template registry: ERC-3643 permissioned securities, ERC-1400 partitioned tokens, SAFTs, token warrants, vaults, escrow, waterfalls, staking.
Active Deals & Protocols
Public registry of live RWA protocols and tokenized-issuance vehicles: Ondo, Goldfinch, Centrifuge, Maple, Aave Horizon, Superstate, Franklin BENJI, and more.
Legal Ops System
The open-source MCP server that powers all this: 25 tools, 17 templates, 9 diligence providers, SPV-in-a-Box workflow, and Review Manifest for attorney sign-off.
Discipline coverage
Not every discipline lives in a single tab — each is threaded across all six sections. This is the map.
Real Estate
Multifamily, hospitality, industrial, storage, CMBS tranching, construction-draw escrow, tokenized REIT + fractionalized single-asset structures.
Private Credit
Direct lending, mezzanine, distressed, revenue-based finance, trade finance, invoice factoring, and tokenized credit funds.
Private Equity & VC
Buyouts, growth equity, venture capital — NVCA model docs, SAFEs, token warrants, side letters, LPA framework.
Stablecoins
GENIUS Act (2025) framework, payment vs. security classification, 1:1 reserve regime, OCC + state pathways, foreign issuer rules.
Digital Securities
ERC-3643 (T-REX), ERC-1400 partitioned tokens, ONCHAINID identity, transfer-restriction contracts, compliance modules.
Precious Metals & Commodities
Vault-backed gold/silver programs, LBMA good-delivery, warehouse receipts, oil & gas royalty tokenization.

Sports, Media, IP
Athlete NIL vehicles, music-catalog royalty streams, film-slate financing, IP-licensing SPVs, brand-royalty tokens.
Federal & Grant Capital
SAM.gov integration, UEI/CAGE verification, ITC/PTC monetization, grant-flow routing, government-contract securitization.
Deploy pipeline
Three gates enforce that what ships is what a reader sees. In the 2026-08-07/08 incidents, two failure modes surfaced: internal-marked documents accidentally published, and fixes that were in HEAD still serving pre-fix content at the canonical URL. Gate 1 blocks the first; Gates 2+3 close the second.
